vista系统如何打开新版中行网银
中行网上银行真的很sucks，居然没有做VISTA的兼容性测试。
Vista sp1 安装了新版网银后，点击以后也打不开，提示：
c:\program~1\java\jre6\bin\ssvagent.exe
the parameter is incorrect.
而且无论点击链接打开新窗口，都会出现如此提示。那么怎么样才能打开这个中银新网银呢？
其实很简单，只要直接输入以下网址，就可以打开新网银
