2007刚开始出来时就已经试用了，但是实在是不习惯，两天后又改回了2003。现在由于工作原因迫不得已开始使用2007了，但是我有如下的困惑无法解决
1、菜单字体
在中文状态下，xp使用雅黑字体，非常漂亮，但是英文状态的菜单是在是太丑了，如下图，有没有办法修改呢？

2、快捷键我很郁闷，原先选择性粘贴，习惯用鼠标右键配合快捷键，但现在捷键变了。2003中选择性粘贴是，鼠标右键出菜单，同时左手按键盘的S 即可，而现在2007改成了V，经过朋友提醒，说ALT+E+S也可以使用，我实际测试过程中发现，只有在英文菜单情况下是ALT+E+S，中文菜单居然是 ALT+E+V，这算不算OFFICE的一个bug呢？
而我想恢复原先的快捷键方式，有没有解决的办法呢？
