第一步：按下“Win＋Pause”键打开“系统属性”窗口，切换到“高级”选项卡，在“性能”栏里点击“设置”按钮打开“性能选项”窗口。
第二步：在“视频效果”选项卡中撤消“滑动任务栏按钮”复选框（如图），连续点击“确定”按钮返回桌面。
